Geekbench 3 App Reviews

Needs AppleWatch Support

Nice test app, but you need to add AppleWatch support so that people can benchmark that device. Everyone wants to know its benchmark capabilities.

Very stupid

Doesnt work properly..dont buy it

AMAZING but...

Its definitely worth it. Its not compatible with iOS 9 beta 1 yet though

Great!

This is a very useful app! I was debating whether to purchase a 6th Generation iPod touch, but I wasnt sure whether I already had a 6th generation or a 5th generation. I had a fifth generation and now Im writing this review on my new 6th generation iPod touch!

battery result crash

guys, I was not planning to waste 100% full battery, 3.5 hrs of not usable phone just to find the result of that test (after phone is turned on) being inaccessible and crashing the app every time upon the attempt to read it. tested on ios9 - the result is there, but no text is visible

Basic benchmark

All the big youtubers are using this its really simple just tells you your CPU score thats pretty much it.

Score is wrong in 6s or Apple is cheating?

Running latest version in iPhone6s Saying single/multi core score is lower than A8 and my processor is ARM(I assume its A9)

Love it, but 2 problems

When uploading result to Geekbench website, Dropbox or email, the popover is unreadable. It is white text on a white background. Primate Labs, can you fix that? Also, when will iPhone 6s and 6s+ be added?

Meh

Well when I was running 8.4 I was running normal bench. Now Im on 9.0.2 and it says my phone is running the pace of a iPhone 4s like what? iPhone5s though. Maybe Im not doing something right idk. Makes you think though about ios9.

Not bad

Its quick and works well for comparison purposes. Also nice that I can use it to tell if I got a samsung or tsmc made cpu in the 6s

Very useful

I love this app. I use it on the daily, gives accurate results.

Confused

Why did my 6s benchmark get worse after the update!?

You can tell which chip you have on this app!

Samsung chips will read “N66AP” or “N71AP.” TSMC chips will read “N66mAP” or “N71mAP.” The TSMC chip is the one you want. The Samsung is said to drain the battery faster.

Serious Fun

Benchmarking has always been a lot of fun for me. I love now being able to easily compare the performance of my iPhone to that of a desktop or laptop.

Good App ! Need one more thing

Please add and option to save results on iCloud.

Great!

Works great! After the 9.1 update, my iPhone 6s Plus actually has a slightly higher score. Only thing I have noticed since the last update, after I run a test, it doesnt save in the Previous Results. So the last few tests I have done arent in there. I have uploaded them to the Geekbench website though. Please fix this for 5 stars.

Awesome

Highly Recommended

Latest Version is Not Compatible with iOS 6

Latest Version is Not Compatible with iOS 6

Please add the 6S, 6S Plus and iPad Pro etc... to the list

Please add the 6S, 6S Plus iPad Pro and all the other new devices that arent added to the comparison list to the list. It should be there by now.

Thanks for making the app free

I am using it in all 3 of my iOS devices.Runs great
